In addition to job placement, mentor programs can provide training to strengthen professionalism and resource coordination to increase productivity in the workforce. Mentors will work 1 on 1 with their clients on topics including maintaining appropriate budgets, grooming and interview skills assistance, accessing formalized banking accounts, etc. to aid in achieving self-sufficiency goals.
